Taking Head bath Daily or once for 2 days is good to keep Hair Healthy.But any oil like Almond/Coconut/Sesame/Olive oil application over the scalp with gentle massage is good to keep hair soft, to keep roots strong.Nowadays many people are taking head bath daily but are not applying any oil, which makes hair Lustreless,Rough,Dry.
In Choosing Hair oil and Shampoos - always keep in mind abt the ingredients, anything genuine branded with herbal contents,(in the case of shampoo, with less concentration of chemicals) is ideal.
Regarding Food - taking majorly Proteinaceous like Egg(white),Fish,Meat,More Dal related like all Pulses, millets, sprouts, soya, Ragi, fruits, green veggies. All vegetables are good. Milk, more intake of water,Juices,Buttermilk,Curd also is good.
Meanwhile applying any pack like Henna with Egg white,Curd with Methi seeds paste, Alovera gel,Neem leaves paste(incase of Dandruff) is good.
